Items will be shipped as quickly as possible. Expect 3-7 days for processing, packing and shipping. As I am the only one running the shop, there may be delays in the case of vacation or local natural disasters. I will inform you of any potential delay to the arrival of your purchase.

Some pieces carried in this store are delicate, and others may lose little, irrelevant bits. If a piece is damaged in shipping and the customer would like a refund, please send a request along with an image or video of the damaged piece to the store via email. Requests for a refund due to damage during shipping must be made within 3 days of delivery.

In an effort to ensure your satisfaction and happiness with every piece you buy from Hunter Rock and Mineral, we have free returns on any undamaged piece for 30 days after delivery. If you’re not happy with it, don’t keep it!

This site is a catalogue, not a checkout. Every piece here is sold through my Etsy shop, so when you click Buy on Etsy you leave this site and Etsy handles the order. Your payment details, address and contact information go to Etsy under Etsy's privacy policy, not mine — I never see your card details. What I do see, as the seller, is what Etsy shows me on an order: your name, your shipping address and what you bought. I use that to pack the parcel and to answer questions about it, and for nothing else.

If you email me or use the contact form, I keep your message and your address so that I can reply. I don't add anyone to a mailing list, and I don't sell or share anyone's information.

Cookies and tracking

This site is hosted on Squarespace, which sets its own cookies and keeps basic visitor statistics — which pages were viewed, roughly where visitors came from. It also runs a Meta pixel, which tells Meta that a browser visited this site so that my shop and advertising on Facebook and Instagram work properly. If you would rather not be tracked that way, your browser's privacy settings and Meta's own ad preferences both let you limit it, and blocking those cookies won't stop you browsing here or buying on Etsy.
