Items will be shipped as quickly as possible. Expect 3-7 days for processing, packing and shipping. As I am the only one running the shop, there may be delays in the case of vacation or local natural disasters. I will inform you of any potential delay to the arrival of your purchase.

Some pieces carried in this store are delicate, and others may lose little, irrelevant bits. If a piece is damaged in shipping and the customer would like a refund, please send a request along with an image or video of the damaged piece to the store via email. Requests for a refund due to damage during shipping must be made within 3 days of delivery.

In an effort to ensure your satisfaction and happiness with every piece you buy from Hunter Rock and Mineral, we have free returns on any undamaged piece for 30 days after delivery. If you’re not happy with it, don’t keep it!
